Knitting the Banning Beanie

Description

Minnesotan Carrie Pauly has designed a number of hat patterns named after state parks (Tettegouche Toque, Afton Beanie, Nerstrand Hat, Temperance Toque, Crosby Hat to name a few).  Many of them feature a double brim, adding another layer of  warmth for our Minnesota winters!  In this class we'll be knitting The Banning Beanie, a double-brimmed hat with optional colorwork.

Cost: $45

Materials:180 yarns worsted weight yarn, approx 3 yards contrasting color (optional), size 8 needles for knitting in the round.  We will purchase the pattern for you at class time.
